The firm�s principals, Greg Justus and Trudy Parker, own and operate the longest established business brokerage firm in the region. Mr. Justus started the company in 1980 when the business brokerage industry was in its infancy. While working as a banker following graduation from North Carolina State University with a B. S. in Economics, he intensively studied the new business brokerage concept that had just started in California and was beginning to move East. Realizing that Western North Carolina business owners were in need of this service, he then took his vision of offering area business owners professional, competent representation when selling their company and turned it into reality. 

Ms. Parker joined the firm in 1986, bringing with her an extensive background and expertise in marketing. Her formal education includes an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and graduate studies in business and marketing from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Glendale, Arizona.

The principals have continually developed and refined the firm�s vision through the years. As a result, they sell 95% of the businesses they represent and their company�s marketing presentations have been recognized as �best in the business�. 

As native Western North Carolinians, both Mr. Justus and Ms. Parker have seen first hand the dramatic change in the area�s business base. They have kept abreast of changes in technology that allow them to represent and market not only the traditional manufacturing, distribution, retail and service companies in the area, but the �high tech� manufacturers and service companies that are relocating or starting new ventures in the region.
